Kevin Nash On His Thoughts On Saudi Arabia Controversy

WWE Hall Of Famer Kevin Nash recently offered his thoughts on Saudi Arabia controversy via Twitter.

For those who don’t know, there have been reports that multiple members of the WWE roster were uncomfortable with going to Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel event due to the disappearance and alleged murder of Jamal Khashoggi of the Washington Post.

Sports Illustrated recently reported that multiple WWE stars have “expressed discomfort with the idea of performing in Saudi Arabia”.

WWE has now released a statement on these reports to the New York Post:
“As always, we maintain an open line of communication with our performers, as we continue to monitor the situation.”

Whereas WWE seems to be going forward with the show. However, WWE has not been mentioning the location of Crown Jewel on WWE TV.

The latest update is WWE Hall Of Famer Kevin Nash recently offered his thoughts on the matter via Twitter.

Here’s what he had to say:

“9-11 was conducted by 15 of the 19 attackers who were Saudi’s, our response was to attack Afghanistan and Iraq.

Now a hit squad is responsible for the death of a Saudi Journalist. Should we hit Yemen and Iran. We’ll never know the truth. Let’s push Saudi Arabia to progress.”

Nash continued with the following:

“Because democracy isn’t the answer in every country. Who the fuck made our system the only system that functions in the world.

“The Muslim world see’s thing very differently. I perfer to live in a democracy. Yet I was born into it. I don’t feel I have the right to dictate others”

“This isn’t about wrestling. This is a Muslim country with specific laws Much older than ours. The days of inforcing democracy are over.”

“Honor it’s contract. It’s entertainment not a UN summit”
