Ravindra Jadeja Is Fit To Play Third Test
Team India will be playing third test of the 4 match Test Series against Australia. It will be Boxing Day Test & will be played in Melbourne, Australia from 26th December, 2018.
This will be a crucial test to decide the results of test series. Currently this 4 match test series is leveled with 1-1. Indian team had won the 1st test while the Australian team came out victorious in the second test.
Team India will be in good hopes for the next test as All-Rounder Ravindra Jadeja is fit to play. Jadeja was unfit after the conclusion of the ODI series against West Indies, He was feeling discomfort in his left shoulder.Due to this injury Ravindra Jadeja missed the the two tests.
“In the lead up to the Perth Test match on 14th December, the management and the all-rounder were of the opinion that the intensity of his bowling in the nets could have been higher, to match the standards required for such an intensely fought series. For this reason, he was not considered for selection for the 2nd Test match,” a statement released by BCCI said.
“Jadeja’s left shoulder has continued to improve and he is now available for the 3rd Test match of the series in Melbourne.”
Jadeja seemed to play a big role if he gets in the playing XI as team India is in need of a all-rounder.
