The Phoenix Suns are constantly dealing with injuries. Chris Paul is the second player to experience a health setback, following Devin Booker, who is still out due to a groin issue.
Paul had to depart the game on Friday against the Miami Heat because of a hip issue. Although Paul’s inability to play despite the pain is undoubtedly alarming, the team diagnosed it as right hip soreness.
12 minutes passed before CP3 left the game. As the Suns battled early on and fell down by as many as 10 points in the first half, he only managed to rack up five points, one assist, and one steal.
Indeed, many Phoenix supporters were disappointed by Chris Paul’s injury. The last thing they would want is for their second star to be sidelined, but that is the situation right now as the Suns faced a Miami team led by Jimmy Butler without Booker and Paul.

It’s undoubtedly a disappointing development for the Suns, who came into the game with a four-game losing streak. Given how far behind they are in the playoff race and how many injuries they are suffering from, it seems unlikely that their misery will soon come to an end.
