The first-ever Jordan Brand signature shoe for Boston Celtics superstar Jayson Tatum has generated a lot of interest. On Thursday, sneakerheads got their dream after a rumored online leak of a picture of the upcoming shoe. However, the fans weren’t exactly fans of the design, and they made sure to express their actual sentiments.
Here is the first leaked image of Tatum’s upcoming Jordan JT1 sneakers, which are scheduled to release in 2023:

There’s a lot more where that came from because Tatum’s new signature shoe received nothing but abuse on the cruel streets of Twitter. It’s easy to assume at this point that the fans don’t appreciate the effort the designers put into the Celtics star’s debut sneakers — or perhaps the lack thereof.

Jordan Brand still has time to change its mind about this design because no release date has been set. But given this early round of harsh criticism, it would be in their best interests to pay attention to what the fans have to say as it is likely that this duo won’t fare well once it is released.
One of the biggest talents in the NBA right now is Jayson Tatum, who has made a name for himself in the process. This man is deserving of his own brand of designer footwear. He deserves much better than what Jordan Brand has in store for him, though, and it’s difficult to disagree with that.
