Rui Hachimura

After a very dismal run with the Washington Wizards, Rui Hachimura is finally getting a fresh start, and he certainly exudes excitement as he joins the Los Angeles Lakers.

On Monday, the Lakers received three second-round selections, Kendrick Nunn, and Hachimura from the Wizards. After the agreement was reached, the young Japanese man turned to Twitter to express his joy and to encourage Purple and Gold supporters.

Let’s get it, LA! Along with the Lakers’ tweet welcoming him to the team, Hachimura added a comment.

The Lakers also took note of the fact that Rui Hachimura is the first player from Japan to play for the illustrious team, and the 24-year-old was beaming with joy at the amazing accomplishment.

Soon, possibly on Wednesday when the Los Angeles Lakers meet the San Antonio Spurs, Hachimura is anticipated to play for the Lakers.

Undoubtedly, there is a lot of anticipation for his team debut. Although he is not a household name, he has undoubtedly displayed flashes of his star potential. Not to add that he can strengthen LA’s wing position and is a strong two-way player.
