The Georgia Bulldogs are welcoming back a crucial offensive player after yet another run at the National Championship. Ladd McConkey, a wide receiver, has declared that he will be back for the 2023 campaign.

McConkey has been Georgia’s offensive catalyst for the previous two seasons. And he was crucial in their two-straight national championship runs.
McConkey has 31 receptions for 447 receiving yards and five receiving touchdowns in the 2021 season. He also added four carries for 44 rushing yards and a touchdown on the ground.
Ladd McConkey contributed even more to the offense last season. He recorded 58 receptions for 762 receiving yards and seven receiving touchdowns toward the end of the season.
Additionally, McConkey had a bigger impact on the ground. On a total of seven carries, he amassed 134 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns.
Ladd McConkey is returning for the 2023 season.

Ladd McConkey has quietly produced one of the nation’s top two-year runs. He has accumulated 89 receptions, 1,209 receiving yards, and 12 touchdowns overall. He carried the ball 11 times on the ground, accumulating 178 rushing yards as well as three rushing touchdowns.

McConkey packed the stats as Georgia defeated TCU in this year’s National Championship. He had two receiving touchdowns, five grabs for 88 receiving yards, and five receptions.
Georgia will have a seasoned veteran back on the offensive with his return the following season. He will once more be expected to have a significant impact on this offensive.
