That statement was delivered by Peyton Manning shortly after the Cowboys-Buccaneers game’s third quarter began, with Tampa Bay behind Dak Prescott and company by 18 points. Any adjustments the Buccaneers made in the second half of the game hardly made a difference since the Cowboys continued tormenting Tom Brady and the Buccaneers in the final two quarters.
Peyton Manning is a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and a former NFL quarterback. He is well-versed in NFL halftime customs, so it comes as a surprise to hear someone of his prominence claim that locker room changes after the first two quarters aren’t as significant as some people claim.

However, the NFL only allows for a 13-minute halftime. Since both players and coaches are also people, they must take care of their basic needs, such as using the restroom when it is possible to do so in the locker room.
