Tony Pollard managers might need to look for a different alternative with the fantasy football playoffs currently underway. The running back for the Dallas Cowboys missed practice for the second straight day.
The star of the Cowboys’ backfield this season, Tony Pollard, is presently suffering from a thigh issue. He missed practice because of this and has been listed as injured for the past two days.
On Thursday night, the Tennessee Titans will play the Cowboys. Pollard did not practice for two days in a row, so it seems unlikely that he is prepared to play.
Jerry Jones, the owner of the Cowboys, said he anticipated Tony Pollard to enter the game during an appearance on 105.3 The Fan. He presents well for the contest. Jones said, “We depend on him playing.

Pollard has been a force in the Cowboy’s backfield when he’s been healthy. This season, he has achieved career highs in both receiving and rushing even though he is a teammate of Ezekiel Elliot.

He has carried the ball 186 times for 988 yards and nine touchdowns in 15 games. On 54 different targets, he has had 39 receptions for 371 receiving yards and three touchdowns, making him a reliable option in the air as well.
Tony Pollard earned his first career Pro Bowl nod after putting up a performance of Pro Bowl-caliber this season. He seems to have all but cemented his position as the Cowboys’ starting running back. Fantasy managers may face difficulty in the finals if he is unable to play on Thursday night.
