Chase Young

Although Chase Young does not currently have a schedule for his recovery from injury, it is obvious that he is moving in the right direction to make a comeback for the Washington Commanders.

The defensive end from the Pro Bowl joined his team in practice on Wednesday for the first time this year, which is unquestionably a big step forward for the Commanders star.

Ron Rivera, the head coach of the Washington Redskins, has already all but ruled out Young’s possibility of making a comeback in Week 9’s game against the Minnesota Vikings despite this most recent development. Young, on the other hand, is just taking things day by day:

According to Young, who spoke to John Keim of ESPN, “all I know is I’m sticking to my strategy.” “Today I felt good. Really, it’s simply day-to-day. I aspired to participate in the opening contest.

Young appears to have a strong chance of playing in the Commanders’ Week 10 matchup. As they take on the still-unbeaten Philadelphia Eagles, Washington will face a very difficult challenge.

Young, who suffered an ACL injury last season, is simply pleased to be back working out with his team. It’s obvious that the 23-year-old is already eager to get back on the field at this point.

I feel confident,” Young declared. “I felt great; I was quite bouncy. Just getting moving again, doing all the pre-snap readings, and feeling like a football player once more. I’m doing well.

Given his dismal sophomore season last year, Young will have a lot on the line this season. However, the Commander’s star is aware of the stakes and is prepared for the task at hand.
