90min reports that Levi Colwill is willing to leave Chelsea in the wake of interest from Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal and other clubs. Due to concerns about playing time at Chelsea next season, Colwill is contemplating his long-term future there.
Presnel Kimpembe of Paris Saint-Germain and Sevilla’s Jules Kounde are also targets for Chelsea, which implies that Kalidou Koulibaly, 19, will have a difficult time making an impact at Stamford Bridge next season.
Chelsea and Arsenal have also been linked with a move for Colwill according to 90min and the Daily Mail respectively, while Everton is interested in the winger.
Arsenal’s chances of signing from Chelsea in the summer transfer window are slim, according to us. Ben White and Gabriel are the Gunners’ two main central defenders, and manager Mikel Arteta also has William Saliba at his disposal.

In order for Colwill to play in the first team of a Premier League club, he must be at least 19 years old, and he is unlikely to get that opportunity at Arsenal right away.
