Christian Pulisic

It’s possible that Thomas Tuchel is trying to undermine U.S. soccer just before the World Cup. People are understandably terrified of us. Let’s say you pick one of our top three players and release this report. Sure.

Perhaps include him in a performance? It’s basically just praying and/or maybe getting Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang at this point, so you may as well figure out what the fuck you want to do upfront. That’s perfect!

And I want them to play for us. Everyone in the net is basically a backup on good squads, or you have Steffen on loan, so that’s already a concern. I can’t stand by and see our guy, who isn’t the LeBron of soccer despite what some people say but is nonetheless one of the saviors of the United States national team, sitting on the bench for Chelsea. Screw them. Release him. The answer is that Pulisic is indeed He.

A trip to Leeds is in order. Fuck it, model Leeds after the United States Olympic Football Team’s amateur-level uniforms. If you played basketball growing up, you understand what I mean. Those high school athletes managed to stay united during their time together.

A way around the rules that prevent the team from playing together during the summer. In that regard, we already have Jesse Marsch on board. Having Brendan Aaronson on board is a given. Tyler Adams is on staff already. Join Pulisic and his gang!

In the United States 6-0 World Cup qualification win over Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Pulisic set two records: the youngest player to score a brace in American history, and the youngest person to score for the United States. Later, in a World Cup qualifying match against Trinidad and Tobago, he set another record for the youngest American player to ever start in the tournament.

On June 8, the following year during qualifying, Pulisic scored both goals in a 2-0 win over Trinidad and Tobago. As the qualifying round came to a close, Pulisic scored in both the 4–0 win over Panama and the 1–2 loss to Trinidad & Tobago.

For the fifth round, he had the most goals (five) and was therefore the leading scorer. Unfortunately, despite his best efforts, the United States was not able to make it to the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Most Americans would agree that the loss to Trinidad and Tobago was the worst performance in national soccer team history.

Pulisic led the U.S. national team in a friendly loss to Italy on November 20, 2018, becoming the youngest player to ever hold that position. With 63 days left till he turned 21, Pulisic was a young man.

Christian Pulisic, at 20 years and 189 days old, set a new United States record on March 26, 2019, becoming the youngest player to ever score 10 goals for his country in an international competition.

As captain, Pulisic led the United States national team to a June 6, 2021, 3–2 victory over Mexico in the inaugural CONCACAF Nations League final, with the game-winning goal coming off a penalty kick in the 114th minute.

Pulisic got his first hat trick for the U.S. men’s national team on March 27, 2022, in a 5-0 win against Panama in qualifying for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. His hat trick began with two penalty kick goals.
