Devin Booker Contract

As a result, he’s become one of the NBA’s wealthiest players. After NBA free agency opened on Thursday, it was announced that Devin Booker had signed a four-year supermax contract with the Suns, keeping him in Phoenix through the 2029-30 season. The new contract will begin with the 2024-25 season.

Shams Charania of The Athletic reports that Booker will be the cover athlete for NBA 2k23 in addition to the salary.

The Suns’ ascension to the top of the Western Conference has been powered by the development of Booker into one of the game’s best shooting guards. The team’s win percentage has risen steadily each year since the 2018-19 campaign. With a 26.4-point average per game over the last four seasons, Booker ranks eighth in the NBA, according to Stathead.

The specifics of Devin Booker’s deal are still a mystery. Charania informed us. During the negotiations, Booker came to an agreement on a $214 million, four-year supermax deal. By next week, it is believed that a contract will be inked.

With Booker’s contract expiring after the 2029-30 season, he won’t be eligible to sign a new deal until the following offseason.

For Booker, it’s his second big-money contract with the Suns. In 2018, he signed a five-year, $158 million contract extension with the Phoenix Suns.

He’ll be among the NBA’s top earners thanks to Booker’s new deal. In terms of total transaction value, this is the seventh-largest contract ever. Other positions ranked high in this category include Guard, Second, and Shooting Guards.
