Due to his recent activities, Kyrie Irving has drawn a lot of criticism. Unsurprisingly, a number of people have taken offense at the Brooklyn Nets star’s decision to promote an antisemitic film on Twitter, whether it was done on purpose or not.

Comedian Andrew Schulz appears to be one of them. Israel Adesanya, the former UFC middleweight champion, was Schulz’s guest on a recent episode of his podcast. Obviously, the debate was about fighting, therefore the host made the decision to severely disparage Kyrie at one point:

Kyrie Irving

Oh, Schulz said, “I’d beat the living crap out of Kyrie.” Easy. That’s simple. That’s simple. No, that’s simple. That’s simple. Because KD is 7 feet tall, it would be more challenging.

Even if he was joking, Shulz slung some harsh and rude insults there.

Kyrie Irving, who in his defense isn’t genuinely violent, is unlikely to respond to this. The Nets player may have been wrongly depicted in the media as a nasty guy when, in reality, he’s a relatively great guy, according to one argument. On the other hand, it’s hard to argue that he didn’t bring all of this unwarranted attention and drama onto himself.

Whether you like him or not, the reality that Kyrie is still in exile cannot be changed. The status of the seven-time All-reinstatement Star is still unknown, and he is expected to miss his sixth straight game for the Nets. Kyrie Irving is being threatened with violence by Andrew Schulz, who just wrote the post “I’d beat the s**t out of Kyrie Irving”
