The Gypsy King now appears to be insulting Oleksandr Usyk after Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua ended in a draw.
Joshua was almost immediately called out by Fury after Usyk defeated him in their rematch in August of this year, offering him a chance at the WBC heavyweight world title and atonement.
Joshua initially agreed to Fury’s requests for a 60/40 split and for the bout to take place on December 3 as the negotiations moved along rapidly.
However, difficulties occurred when Joshua’s team took their time reviewing the contracts and Fury grew angry and set numerous deadlines.
Negotiations eventually broke down completely as both parties started blaming one another in public interviews, but Fury will still fight on December 3.
The opponent has not yet been revealed, although Mahmoud Charr and Derek Chisora appear to be the front-runners; Fury even joked about facing two opponents in one evening.
If Fury overcomes that obstacle, he will be prepared for an undisputed fight against Usyk, the WBA, WBO, and IBF champion who holds all three titles, early in the next year.
Fury has already started playing mind tricks in advance of the fight by sharing a video on his Instagram story tormenting Usyk.

In the video, Fury is seen sparring with a young youngster and referring to him as “Usyk” in response to the Gypsy King’s description of his Ukrainian opponent as a “blown-up middleweight.”
Fury is seen in the video being pursued around by a kid who is trying to hit him and saying, “Come on Usyk, look at Usyk go, come on Usyk you little midget,” before turning to the camera and yelling a battle cry.
Usyk and Fury are expected to square off next year, and according to the management of the Ukrainian boxer, Egis Klimas, “from our side, we are going to be ready 100%, so if the fight does not materialise, don’t blame our team.”
Usyk contacted and stated, “If Fury is not available and we cannot fight Fury, I would like to fight Wilder,” according to Klimas, who also claimed that Usyk wants to fight Deontay Wilder instead.
I asked him why, to which he said that I liked that he was a risky fighter.
