Due to an abdominal injury, Steelers RB Najee Harris has been ruled out for the remainder of tonight’s game.

Najee Harris has had trouble meeting his own standards of performance during this season.

Harris was putting on a good performance for the Steeler’s offense before leaving tonight’s game. He gained 35 yards and one rushing touchdown on ten carries. He added one catch for a total of four receiving yards.

Harris has played a lot for the Steelers this season, even after tonight’s early exit. With 158 carries, he has accumulated 585 running yards and 4 touchdowns.

The Steelers have relied on the rest of their backfield in Najee Harris’ absence. Anthony McFarland Jr. and Benny Snell each deserve a heavier workload.

On 12 carries, Snell and McFarland have gained a combined 64 yards.

Kenny Pickett, a rookie quarterback for the Steelers, has also had an impact on the ground. On five carries, he gained 34 yards in the rush. He has totaled 133 throwing yards through the air.

On the other hand, Jonathan Taylor of the Colts has been difficult for the Steelers to contain. On 15 carries, the second-year running back has accumulated 73 rushing yards and one touchdown. Additionally, he has had three targets, leading to two receptions for a total of 11 receiving yards.

The Colts are ahead of the Steelers 17-16 entering the fourth quarter.
