Shotzi

Folks, I’m sorry to say that WWE is embracing crush angles; I know, I feel the same way, but in a recent backstage exchange after Shotzi won the top spot in the SmackDown Women’s Championship, the former Blackheart ran into Emma to talk about the possibility of facing Ronda Rousey at a future event.

However, the conversation quickly devolved into speculation about whether the woman known to Impact Wrestling as Tenille Dashwood had a crush on Mac and was dating
Since Shotzi ran into Shayna Baszler on her way back to the locker room, the boy discussion, fortunately, didn’t continue too long before she had to cope with a less-than-ideal situation before using the restroom.

Shotzi

Look how cheesy you are. Said Baszler to Shotzi. Well, I suppose hearty congrats are in order. Yes, take advantage of feeling like a contender while you are in the spotlight. Okay, let me tell you what you actually won.

You’re going to receive the beating of your life from Ronda. She’ll make you experience more misery and suffering than you’ve ever known. You genuinely broke your arm, not anything else. Or perhaps you did win and your ankle genuinely broke like a twig. In either case, the mere thought of it gives me the chills.

Shotzi Clapped Back Vigorously, Clearly Enraged.

Are you finished? Shotzi enquired. Ronda has never engaged in combat with a person like me. I will put up with whatever she gives me in order to prove that I belong here. And I might just, uh, surprise Ronda, you, and everybody else.

Do You Really Have so Much to Say to Ronda? Baszler Enquired.

When Shotzi affirmed that she does, she was rudely awakened to the reality that Rousey was present. Before she could respond to Rousey face-to-face, the Queen of Spades choked her out of the building.

What gives, then? Does Rousey really fear Shotzi? Or perhaps “The Ballsy Bada-” and her tank are the real threats to “The Baddest Woman on Earth”? Regardless, Shotzi doesn’t share Rousey’s anxiety, as she explained to Megan Morant on the SmackDown Lowdown.

Shotzi is ready to prove she belongs in WWE.

Shotzi set out her plan for what is perhaps the most significant match of her professional wrestling career when she spoke with Morant about getting her first-ever championship match as a SmackDown roster member.

In all honesty, I am experiencing a wide range of emotions right now. Said Shotzi. I can’t help but reflect on everything I’ve experienced this year. Everything I’ve gone through, both the good and the bad, has brought me to this point. And Ronda can count on me to give her the fight of her life. It doesn’t matter if she drags Shayna in to bully me. She understands that I am here.

The mere fact that Shotzi is competing for a championship after losing her last name, her tank, and much of her NXT presentation before Paul “Triple H” Levesque restored it says a lot about the efforts of the green-haired Sports Entertainer both in and outside of the ring. While it’s difficult to imagine a match between Rousey and any member of the WWE Universe wouldn’t open up with the “Rowdy” one as the heavy favorite.
