Logan Paul

During a recent episode of Logan Paul Show, the WWE Superstar made a shocking allegation against Bad Bunny. Paul explained on “The Philip DeFranco Show” that “Bad Bunny” is a Puerto Rican resident of Puerto Rico who, in secret, benefits from the very tax program he criticizes in public.

“I am aware of this, and it kills me to see things like this.” As a result of Act 22, a law in the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico, many people from all over the world have relocated there to avoid paying taxes on investments like stocks and real estate. In light of the gentrification brought about by the law, which singled out Paul, Bad Bunny released a documentary last month to highlight the issue.

There are Puerto Ricans in the area who are aware of this, Paul went on to say. The surrounding backdrop of this music video makes me appear to be a vulture in Puerto Rico, and I find myself in the middle of it.

Bad Bunny first appeared for WWE at Royal Rumble 2021, where he performed a live version of one of his songs. The next month, he won the 24/7 Championship and, with Damian Priest’s help, they defeated The Miz and John Morrison at WrestleMania 37. He came back for the Royal Rumble this year, but Brock Lesnar defeated him.

To defeat Rey and Dominik Mysterio at WrestleMania 38, Paul teamed up with The Miz, marking the beginning of Paul’s time with the business. Both Paul and Miz won, but Miz finished things up with a skull crusher on Paul.

After challenging Miz to a match at SummerSlam, Paul won the bout and officially signed a contract with WWE in June. Before the next premium live event, Crown Jewel, Paul has challenged Roman Reigns to a fight for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

Career

In an exhibition match scheduled on February 20, 2021, Paul will take on Floyd Mayweather Jr., a five-division world champion from the past. After being rescheduled, the fight finally went down at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida on June 6, 2021.

When Jake Paul, Mayweather’s brother, took off his hat at a press conference on May 6, 2021, at Hard Rock Stadium, he and Mayweather got into an intense altercation. Mayweather was caught on camera yelling, “I’ll kill you motherfucker!” after becoming visibly enraged. Whoa, hold on a second. Fuck you, motherfucker, and I won’t feel bad about it. I don’t want to play any motherfucking games. I’m going to f*ck you up.

Paul started the relentless clinching that lasted the entire fight, and it was booed off the mat. According to the CompuBox data, Mayweather was the superior boxer, landing 43 of 107 punches (40.2% of total punches thrown) compared to Paul’s 28 landed out of 217 thrown (12.9%).

Mayweather said about his opponent in an interview after the fight, “He’s better than I thought he was… he’s a tough, brutal competitor.” Paul appeared to be skeptical of Mayweather’s commitment to the bout, stating, “I’m going to go home thinking, ‘Did Floyd let me survive?'”
