Calciomercato reports that Chelsea and United States national team winger Christian Pulisic has interest from English club Leeds United. The 24-year-old joined the Blues from Borussia Dortmund in a £57.6m deal three years ago, and he has since scored 25 goals and recorded 19 assists in 123 games.
But his time with the first squad dwindled under Thomas Tuchel, and it is uncertain whether or not that will alter with the arrival of Graham Potter.
Leeds reportedly one of four clubs chasing a deal for Christian Pulisic amid claims Chelsea are willing to sell USA winger for £31.5m in January.
Juventus, Newcastle, and former club Borussia Dortmund are also in the hunt, according to Calciomercato.

After a reported loan deal to Manchester United fell through, Leeds, Newcastle United, Juventus, and his former club Dortmund have all expressed interest in the 50-cap American international.

The winger has scored frequently for his country, therefore Marsch, who has already expressed his respect for Pulisic, would be making a bold statement by bringing him to Leeds as they try to recover from last season’s relegation struggle. Pulisic has been a controversial figure before, and it’s unclear where he belongs in a team that also features the hot-right-now Luis Sinisterra and Jack Harrison.
Pulisic opened the scoring in a home league loss to West Bromwich Albion of 2-5. The next week, in a 4-1 win at Selhurst Park over Crystal Palace, Pulisic scored twice. On April 27, Pulisic made history as the youngest Chelsea player and the first American to score in the Champions League semi-finals when he scored the Blues’ lone goal in a 1-1 away draw against Real Madrid at the Estadio Alfredo Di Stéfano.
Pulisic came off the bench in the rematch at Stamford Bridge and set up Mason Mount’s late winner that made it 2-0 and sent the Blues to the championship game. On May 29 at the Estádio do Drago in Porto, Pulisic became the first American to play in a UEFA Champions League Final and the second American to win it after Jovan Kirovski in 1997 with Borussia Dortmund. Chelsea defeated Manchester City 1-0 to claim their first Champions League.
In Chelsea’s 2021-22 Premier League opener, a 3-0 victory over Crystal Palace, Pulisic scored a goal. His ankle injury kept him out of action until November when he tested positive for COVID-19 the following week.
In a 2-2 home tie with Liverpool on January 2, 2022, he scored the tying goal. The following year, he was Chelsea’s first-half replacement in the 2021 FIFA Club World Cup Final, a 2-1 win over Palmeiras. On February 27 against Liverpool in the EFL Cup Final, he started for Chelsea as they ultimately fell on penalties. He scored in both games as Chelsea defeated Lille 4-1 on aggregate to advance to the quarterfinals of the UEFA Champions League.
