James Conner, a running back for the Arizona Cardinals, has missed a few games recently because of rib injuries. Fantasy managers have been able to ride Eno Benjamin to victory while he has been away. Benjamin had respectable stats in Week 6 before going off against the Saints in Week 7 for 21.30 points. Darrel Williams had also missed the previous two games, therefore he had assumed the duty of three down. However, it seems as though the free RB2 well is ready to dry up.
Conner reportedly joined the Cardinals’ practise on Wednesday. Williams made a brief comeback as well.

Conner was technically listed as limited, but the fact that he is working out on the opening day of the week is a surefire indication that he will play against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 8 to make up for his absence.
During the Philadelphia Eagles game in Week 5, James Conner suffered rib injuries. He might have participated in the most recent game. He was chosen before the game. However, the Cardinals’ Thursday Night Football game made it a short week, which decreased his chances of playing.
Conner was selected in the first to second rounds with the hopes that he would develop into a reliable RB2. This season, the Cardinals’ entire offence has fared worse than expected. Kyler Murray is having a terrible season as well.
However, things might be improving. DeAndre Hopkins made his comeback last week and looked great. In a victory over the Saints, he caught 10 out of 14 targets for 103 yards.
The Cardinals will be the healthiest they have been all season if Conner does play this week. Arizona will likely play to win the rest of the season because the NFC West is still within reach.
Fantasy owners of Eno Benjamin will feel down after learning about James Conner’s injury, according to ClutchPoints.
