The Baltimore Ravens lost to the New York Giants in Week 6 in another discouraging outcome, and they will be attempting to rebound against the Cleveland Browns in Week 7. Unfortunately, it’s starting to appear like they might be without Mark Andrews and JK Dobbins, two of their most important offensive players, for their divisional game against the Browns.
Andrews, Dobbins, and Devin Duvernay were all absent from practise on Wednesday despite playing significant roles in Lamar Jackson’s offence. Duvernay was allowed to practise again today, but sadly, it appears both Andrews and Dobbins were kept out of the action for a second straight day, casting question on their availability for the Ravens’ Week 7 game.

Obviously, this is awful news for the Ravens. In four of the Ravens’ first six games of the season, Andrews alone has gained over 85 yards and a touchdown, making him a crucial component of Baltimore’s attack. After missing the first few games of the season, Dobbins has gradually returned to action for Baltimore, but when he gets going on the ground, it makes the Ravens attack that much harder to stop.
The Ravens have been battered throughout this season, and coming into Week 7, it appears that injuries may be a continuing problem for them. Although Mark Andrews and JK Dobbins still have time to make things right and return to practise tomorrow, their situation versus the Browns currently doesn’t seem promising.
Baltimore will continue to hold out hope that both men will be able to play against Cleveland this weekend, regardless of whether they can still win without them.
